Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

We have outlined the key terms and conditions for our affiliate partnership below:

1. Commission Structure:

- For every successful paid customer or conversion that comes through your unique affiliate link, you will earn a 30% commission.

- The minimum order value criteria must be met for the commission to be eligible.

2. Cookie Duration:

- Our cookie period is 90 days, meaning that if a user clicks on your affiliate link, you will continue to earn a commission on any eligible purchases they make for the next 90 days.

3. Payout Threshold:

- The minimum payout threshold is $100. You must earn a minimum of $100 in commissions before you can request a payout.

- To receive your payout, you will need to submit an invoice in the name of Foyer Tech Inc and provide your account details through the mercury bank link we will share with you. Please note that there may be a processing time for the payout to be released.

4. Commission Eligibility:

- Commissions will only be paid on payments or conversions that meet the minimum order value criteria.

Minimum Order Value Criteria:

1. For monthly subscriptions, the minimum order value is $14.

2. For annual subscriptions, the minimum order value is $100.

5. We value our partnership with our affiliates and strive to maintain high standards of quality and trust. In the event that an affiliate account is found to be non-compliant with our affiliate policy or brand guidelines, we would need to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account to protect the integrity of our program.

6. Advertising on Google or Meta:

- Permission Requirement: You must obtain prior written permission before running any kind of ads.

- Keyword Targeting: For any kind of Search Campaigns, share the specific keywords you plan to target in advance.

- Geographic Location: Clearly specify the location(s) you will focus on for the campaign.

- Campaign Duration: Provide the exact start and end dates. Each campaign can run for a maximum of 30 days, after which you must request approval again before restarting.

- Campaign Termination: We reserve the right to end your campaign at any time, with a two-week prior notice.

7. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM):

Permission Requirement: You must receive our explicit approval before enabling MLM in your affiliate program.

MLM Structure: The MLM commission applies only to two levels. You earn commissions on your direct recruits (1st level) and on those recruits’ conversions (2nd level) but not beyond.

Unauthorized MLM: If you initiate MLM without permission, all associated commissions will be forfeited.

Right to Discontinue: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the MLM option at any time on our discretion.

8. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions as required directly on our discretion. Hence we highly recommend to review the policy as frequently as you can.
